August 23rd Council Crest and Zoo Bomb

With views of Hood, Helen, Adams and (on a clear day) Rainier, Council Crest is the absolute best vantage point in Portland.  Total ride distance is short -at 18 miles- but it’s 1600 brutal feet of climb, so bring your E-Cat (alternatively, you can start an hour early with Mel and ride no motor!!!).  On the way back, we’ll stop at Oven & Shaker for pizza and beer
