What Customers Say About Us
Mel and Janet are wonderful to work with. They love what they do (and it shows!) and also love watching people get back out there on three wheels.
I had an incredible and first class experience with RecumbentPDX when purchasing a Catrike e-Expedition.
Love the owners and crew. They work hard to make sure the customer is one happy camper. Was there getting a new Catrike. They helped me play a game I like to call "Will it fit?". Does it? Wouldn't trust just anyone for this game with my beloved Mini and now it's companion the 559.
Just bought a Villager bike. Mel was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions before I could ask them! Very please with my purchase. Went for my 1st ride this morning. 12 miles and no discomfort at all. Wish I had listened to Mel about buying larger pedals (sorry Mel). Can't wait for warm weather to really hit the road.
I had a great experience buying a trike at Recumbent PDX. Mel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I never felt rushed or pressured. There was a wide variety of trikes to check out in a nice open room. When I came to pick up my trike it was already adjusted and ready to go. I highly recommend Recumbent PDX to anyone interested in discovering how much fun it is to make the switch to three wheels!
We have purchased 2 Catrikes over the past 2 years, 2020 and 2022! Janet and Mel are AWESOME!!! Despite Covid, both times, they took up loads of time with us, no rush, even going on a test ride with us at our request - because we do not know Portland -, and working with our budget! They are always available for follow up emails and phone calls with any help you need. On our most recent purchase, their wonderful mechanic, Jack, made sure we were able to leave on the day of purchase with the extras we wanted. You could not ask for better customer service! Salt of the earth people! And, Mel is even better than Waze at getting you back to the highway! Highly recommend!
Awesome folks! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. We drove some distance to get to their shop and they went out of there way to take care of us. We have not only found a quality trike shop but new friends as well!
I have Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS). Mel and Janet made this experience and adventure! Mel spoiled us with his delicious mochas and energy bars. Janet patiently listened to me even though I am very hard to understand due to PLS. She selected 3 Catrikes that would meet my needs, fit my body type and would have longevity as I progressed with PLS. Mel and Janet pour their hearts and souls into each individual customer and they back up what they sell. If anyone reading this review is "on the fence" about purchasing a Catrike at RecumbentPDX, it's well worth the investment!
I have know owned my Catrike 559 for about 9 months. Purchased it from Recumbent PDX last December. Upgraded it early this year with the Bosch electric assist. It is rare in our society that one can state that the experience of doing the research, talking with Mel about the right bike for me, going for a test ride, purchasing the trike, upgrading the trike and ENJOYING the trike has been so spectacularly wonderful. The folks at Recumbent PDX are special. I have never been so happy about a purchase.
I live in Montana and decided to drive all the way to Portland (nearest dealer) for my Catrike Trail after much research. I was able to make an appointment during off-hours and the the staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating my travel schedule. I just hit 50 and pedal around town with a grin on my face like I did when I was tearing up the neighborhood on my Big Wheel as a kid. Something about that big bright flag on the trike and the wide-eyed smiles I get as a ride by kids makes me feel 40 years younger.
My wife didn't learn to ride a bicycle as a child and wasn't confident riding her regular bike on city streets. The staff was very helpful in helping her test different recumbent bike options and select the best one for her needs, and spent the time to ensure it was well fitted for her. I even took my first spin in a recumbent, and was surprised at how much I liked it. I highly recommend this family-owned shop.
I had a great experience here! They worked with me over e-mail to help set up a new trike for me, just the way I wanted. I made the 115 mile trip to pick it up on a Sunday (so few bike shops seem to have Sunday hours!) I got to meet the owner Mel and his wife and shop dogs! He personally walked me through every detail and helped me dial everything in. Very friendly and great service! After we got home I found that I'd forgotten two panniers that I'd picked out, Mel took the time to ship them to me. I can't compliment them enough. Unlike any other shop I've visited they specialize in quality recumbent trikes, they know their stuff! When my wife is ready for an upgrade we will be back!
Janet, Mel, & Paul are a wonderful team. They are friendly, professional, efficient, and very helpful. They teach you all you need to know about the trikes and make sure you are comfortable before going out on a test ride. They work with you to modify the trike so that the trike fits you perfectly. We really appreciated the nearly three hours of test riding different trikes with Janet and Paul. We never felt any pressure and all of our questions were answered by either Mel, Janet, or Paul. We highly recommend Recumbent PDX and their fantastic team. It was truly a great experience. Thank you.
Amazing friendly knowledgeable service. My husband and I bought a couple Catrike recumbent trikes from Recumbent PDX in Portland. Janet educated us on the trikes and what we could expect when riding them. She was so knowledgeable about each specific model. The service was amazing. Even though they were quite busy, they treated us like we were their only customers - making us feel welcome providing answers to our many questions. When we picked up our trikes (they build them right in the shop), one of the techs walked us through every part of them and how to handle the mechanics. Again, super knowledgeable and helpful! We highly recommend Recumbent PDX if you are considering any type of recumbent trike!
I drove all the way from Idaho to purchase my recumbent trike. Mel and Janet were wonderful. I've had my Catrike trail for a couple of months now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! When I finally decided on the right trike they were able to set up trike and get me back on the road that same day. They went above and beyond and customer service was excellent. I'm glad I settled on the trail per Janets advice this trike gets me up my steep road with ease. A shout out to Janet...thank you so much. You can't go wrong shopping at Recumbent PDX....wonderful people and very knowledgeable.
We had been researching options that would allow my wife Patti to return to cycling after losing most of her right hand in an automobile accident. One of our many searches for recumbent tricycles took us to the Recumbent PDX website. The Google reviews for the shop were long, detailed and overwhelmingly positive. The fact that they came from all over the west was a good indication that Recumbent PDX was a very unique outlet. Mel responded to my email inquiry with some questions about my wife’s disability. He got back to us very quickly with a solution that would allow the trike to be operated with one hand, including a photo of an adapted trike. It looked exactly like what we were looking for but couldn’t find at any local shop. We drove to Portland from La Conner, Washington for an appointment to look at trikes. Once we walked into the shop, we realized that the long drive was worthwhile even if we didn’t settle on a trike. We were warmly greeted by Mel, Janet and their son Mark. We were also greeted like old friends by Milo and Rosie, the adorable shop dogs. I declined Mel’s offer of coffee until I saw their restaurant grade espresso machine. We had the expectation that my wife would try one or more trikes in the shop or in the plaza in front. Much to my surprise, Mel got us both helmets and selected trikes for the two of us to try. I was very apprehensive when Mel led us off the lot and across busy Hawthorne Blvd. Neither of us had ever ridden a recumbent of any type but Mel’s instructions were all we needed to feel comfortable on the trikes. We rode through a very cyclist friendly residential neighborhood, navigating turns, hills and minimal traffic, most of it other cyclists. I was amazed how quickly Patti mastered the trike, even though she had been uncomfortable on a mountain bike even before our accident. The look on her face when we finished the test ride was in itself worth the long drive from northwest Washington. We spent over three hours in the shop and on the test ride. We’ve purchased new cars with much less dealer assistance and education. We never felt like Mel and Janet were trying to sell us anything. They were helping make an informed choice that would work best for Patti. Based upon all our criteria, Mel gave us a quote on a CatTrike Trail with single lever pneumatic brakes and a Bosch power assist. The modifications will take longer than our stay in Portland so we’ll be back down in a week to ten days to pick up Patti’s trike. On our next trip down we’ll be bringing the Trail home. We look forward to seeing our new friends Mel, Janet, Mark, Milo and Rosie.
Bought a Catrike Expedition about a month ago from these guys and am very happy with the purchase. It works great and I got a good price. Since I am from the east side of Washington, we have real problems with tire punctures due to thorns, and without my even asking for it, they installed puncture-resistant tubes on my bike. Just today, I plucked out about 10 thorns during my ride, but did not lose any air. Am very grateful.
This bike helps son get around. Gives him some independence. Great store and great service. Super friendly and helpful! Just go to the shop to talk to the owners. Wonderful people!
After a couple of test rides with Mel and Janet, I have discovered the joy of cycling again. My confidence of cycling declined because of my Ataxia condition. RecumbentPDX knew exactly what I needed. Janet and Mel’s passion for cycling is very evident from the moment I entered their store. Their knowledge, explaining safety and maintenance, provided a very enjoyable experience. Thank you RecumbentPDX, my new Catrike 559 has restored my confidence and joy of cycling!
I just picked up my trike after getting some upgrades (my trike is 8 years old). The work was first rate, it looked and worked great. I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff were really knowledgeable and very helpful. I've been taking my trike to Recumbent PDX since they opened and have never had a bad experience.
If you are looking for a recumbent trike or bike and you are in the Pacific Northwest, look no further. It is well worth the drive, even if you live a few hours away. I live in the Seattle area and I made the 3-hour drive down to Portland, to purchase my recumbent trike from them. From my initial contact with them on the phone to eventually picking up the trike, the entire experience was first class. I ordered my trike over the phone, as I knew exactly what I wanted and picked it up a week later. And if you visit their store, you can of course test ride as many trikes as you like. Their retail space is flawlessly clean, very well organized and the owners, Mel and Janet, and their staff are absolutely wonderful. They have customer service down, it just seems to come totally natural to them. Mel, Janet and their staff spent quite a bit of time with me to make sure the trike was setup exactly right for my needs and helped choose the right accessories. I got to take the trike on a test ride for a good hour and then upon my return to the store, I spent quite a bit of time talking to them about the trike, their shop and just hanging out with them. I also got to watch them deal with walk in customers and it is clear, they love what they do. They make you feel like you are family, offering you beverages, home-baked snacks, fruit etc. When bidding goodbye at the end and help me load my trike into my car, Mel and Janet sent me away with a bowl of Mel’s home made brownies. Seriously, customer service doesn’t get better than this. After my return home, whenever I have contacted Mel with questions via email, he usually gets back to me within hours (even after hours). Look no further if you are in the market for a recumbent. This is the best trike shop in the Pacific Northwest!
Mel, Janet and the trike techs are amazing. What a store and selection! Great customer experience, including pre ride training in historic Ladd neighborhood. Loved the very Portland vibe on Hawthorne with these great knowledgeable people and their trike shop. The hospitality of tea, coffee, water or the homemade energy bars was a special touch.
I first met the PortlandPDX crew in 2019 at a TRIKEFEST in Portland Oregon. Several dealers had trikes of all makes and models for people to ride. I had been riding a Rans Stratus recumbent for many years, but found as I stared getting older (80) I started having problems with my balance. I really liked the RecumbentPDX crew at the TRIKEFEST as they were very patient with all the questions thrown at them. Two of my friends that went with me to the TRIKEFEST bought trikes shortly after that. I started doing some research and found Catrike are built in the U.S.A. So the following year I called and emailed the people and made arrangements to go to Portland from The Dalles. I ended up purchasing a Catrike Trail with electric assist on August 6, 2020, and stared riding the hills in The Dalles area and enjoyed it very much. I wasn't able to take it back into Portland for the 6 month checkup because of the Covid restrictions. I was finally able to take in to Portland in May 2021They went through the whole Trike and even some repairs and did not charge for he service. Mel and his whole crew were fantastic.
Mel, Janet, and Paul are amazing. When i first called, Mel spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, answering all my questions and learning about my weight challenge and knee injury. While at the store, they spent over two hours making sure everything was perfect and the right fit. We ended up going home with a trike for myself and another trike for my wife. I never thought i would be able to ride with my kids again or get exercise comfortably. You guys made it possible. Thank you so much 💓
My wife Janet and best friend Lisa visted PDX in August of this year. We went exploring with the idea that a recumbant would be my next bicycle. I had never been on one yet wanted to know more. The proprietor, Janet worked with the three of us detailing how the units worked. She went over safety features including the how toos, and what nots. Then she sized us according to what features sounded right. I was easy but my wife sought comfort. She wanted neck and seat comfort. Janet lined us up and gave us a ride on the cat trikes. What a blast! We had to stop and console my wife. She cried because she felt liberated. It was a moment i will never forget. We rode 2 hours, were not tired, and enjoyed each moment. We plan to go back soon to get trikes, see Janet and her husband again, and tell everyone that this is the place to go. They love seeing you happy and they scurry to see you off safe and having and enjoyable time. Janet, you gave us a great memory and a future with two of your trikes
Good-natured easygoing owners, superb education on model options and trike-riding basics, no rush on test rides, over-the-top service to have the trike ready to meet my time frame. If I could rate RecumbentPDX 10 Stars I would. Want a 'bent trike? Go meet Mel and Janet. Can't get better than that.
We thought cancer in the spine had taken away biking from my spouse due to mobility impairment. Then we found Recumbent PDX. Janet, Mel and the staff worked to find the right bike and make the adaptations needed and got it ready in one day so we could get back to biking. The Villager peddle assist is perfect and we went biking the next day. This bike shop cares about getting the right bike for what is needed and they didn't try to up-sell to the top of the line when they could have as we knew nothing about recumbent bikes. Make this your first stop and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Janet, Mel and staff.
I bought a recumbent bike in Eugene last summer due to several health issues but my bike had no get up and go nor did it fold. I test rode a couple of catrikes at recumbent pdx. I’m sorry I forgot the mechanic sales gentleman’s name but he was wonderful. I have rode my trail recumbent twice on my bike path with family using my old one. This bike responds so much better to my effort of pedaling. My other recumbent acts like the tires are flat and getting up hills are very difficult. My family now sees why I lagged behind so badly. I look forward to biking with my family and not being lost with no one in sight. Thank you
I had the same experience as all of the other reviews, fantastic customer service, great showroom, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the chance to test ride recumbent trikes until I found the right one. I was rehabbing from a total knee replacement and still have some small range of motion issues that were well taken care of by trying out adjustable cranks. Mel, Janet, and their staff make you feel like family and give you their full attention so that all your questions and needs are completely addressed. I did a lot of research and looked online as well as at other bike shops in the area. I always ended coming back to Recumbent PDX
Recumbent PDX provided wonderful service! They worked me into their crowded maintenance schedule quickly, and they did a wonderful job of tuning my bike. It has not worked this well since it was new! In addition, they were delightful to work with. I had to come to them from outside of Portland, and it was more than worth the trip!
Janet and Mel were super patient as we took the whole afternoon trying everything out. At the end of the day though, we had to get trikes, once we were riding it became clear: trikes were an even better idea than we’d imagined! We didn’t want to go back to not riding trikes. Mel and Janet encouraged us to take our time deciding and Mel showed us his filming rig trike along with some of his crazy cool off-road triking videos. A couple days later, we met Janet, Mel and mechanic Thomas to pick up our trikes. The pickup process was as attentive and detailed as the initial test rides and we got even more great tips from Mel, including (critically) a guide to the most expensive damage we could do with the reassurance that basically anything we might do could be fixed. We went for a ride right out of the shop and we’ve been out riding every day since. Overall, great experience and I look forward to working with the team in the future!
Fantastic customer service! I was new to recumbent bikes and had a lot of questions to find a bike that works for my needs. Mel was very knowledgeable and took the time and care to address my concerns not only in the shop but over the phone. He helped me figure out a bike configuration that works for me. There was never any pressure and I was able to take a demo bike to ride around in my neighborhood to ensure I make the right choice. Everyone at the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so ecstatic to get a recumbent bike that works perfectly for my needs. I highly recommend Recumbent PDX!
Mel and his staff ands wife are very helpful and take there time with you there shop is wonderful. The day we pick them up they wouldn't fit in our car so Mel drove them to our apartment the next day at no charge. They are wonderful people and very helpful. We went to the trike fest last year and that was when we decided to by a trike. I love the Trike I ride it every day back and forth to work and on the weekends I take rides with my wife. Holly loves her trike as well and rides it quite often. when I destroyed a derailer on a ride Mel gave me a new hanger and bolt for the idler wheel again no charge. the service is great the people a great. The bike is the best I've ever owned. Thank you
I've been wanting a trike for a year. I drove up from Eugene for another errand, and walked into the shop on Saturday thinking I'd just test ride a couple and see if trikes were as fun as I thought they would be. I got to meet two wonderful doggos, and then got a great introduction to trikes! I learned all these little things that you don't know when you've just watched a bunch of YouTube videos, like braking tips and what to watch out for on the road. When it was time to go out, I felt a little nervous facing Portland traffic on a new type of bike, and right away an employee offered to go with me! This was so nice, I felt more confident, and it turned out I didn't need to be worried. The drivers on the road were great, they even waved hello. Within minutes of riding the Catrike 559 I was in love, and knew that was my trike. But this wasn't supposed to be a trike-trip, and now we had brought the wrong car, and had no idea how we'd get the trike home. The staff totally saved the day! They knew how to make the trike secure on top of our sedan, and the drive went perfect! They even sent us out the door with extra water and oranges for the long drive home. I'm SO happy with my experience, I was able to ask lots of questions, given lots of advice, and I never felt any sales pressure. We got so much help getting the trike home, I'm so grateful! I was ready to buy an Amtrak ticket and cross my fingers. I will happily recommend Recumbent PDX to everyone who asks about my incredibly cool new ride! It's been two days and I've been out on three rides, I totally get now why people love trikes.
They were friendly and helpful and spent about four hours with us total, trying out every bike, taking two on test rides, then getting the final choice customized to meet my husband's needs. And they worked around our tight schedule.
It would be an exaggeration to say that Mel and crew at RecumbentPDX saved my life, but they did get me back on the road after an injury that left me unable to use an upright bike. I drove to Portland from Seattle with my family of 4, and Janet led us on a family trike ride around the neighborhood., showing extraordinary patience and hospitality. They then watched my kids so my partner and I could have more time to rigorously road test trike models. Mel and Louie, mechanic extraordinaire, came in early the next day to finish fitting me in my choice of trike and get it tricked out. Then - I am not kidding - they brought it up to Seattle two days later so I would not have to make another trip to Portland.
It's been just a month since the folks at RecumbentPDX put me on an eon green Catrike Villager, and I've put the first 250 miles on it and will bring it back tomorrow for its 30 day tune-up. I was delighted with the purchase experience and have been more than delighted with the trike. The staff at RecumbentPDX were wonderful to work with and never made me feel foolish for the questions I asked, or for my lack of skill. I can enthusiastically second all the great reviews that others have written.
I needed my trike outfitted the same day so I could make the 8 hour drive home on Sunday. Needless to say, Janet and Louie stayed an hour and a half late to finish my trike. Louie went over all the new additions to the trike with me to make sure I knew how everything worked before I left. I was/am very satisfied with the level of service received from the crew at Recumbent PDX. If you are looking to buy a new trike or have one worked on, I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Janet and Louie for getting my trike done Saturday night. You guys are awesome!!!
I am new to recumbents. I acquired a Terratrike Tour 2 and brought it to Recumbent PDX for a tune up and to be sized for my height. When I dropped it off, Mel spent an hour with me answering all of my questions (I had lots). He gave me safety tips and talked me out of expensive, unnecessary add-ons. I picked it up today and received the same attention. The work they performed on my trike looks great and I now feel more confident and secure riding it. It's refreshing to find great customer service in this day and age. I never write reviews. However, I felt compelled to acknowledge this terrific family business. Thank you, Mel, and your staff at Recumbent PDX.
if you are in the market for a recumbent trike, I highly urge you stop by RecumbentPDX and see what they have for you. You will find a clean, well kept shop, knowledgeable staff, one exceptionally knowledgeable, patient employee named Louie, and lots of fascinating inventory to peruse and purchase, and affordable pricing.
I had tried out a few recumbent trikes in Tucson, but the folks at the shop there seemed distant and uniformed about their product. I had noted very many positive reviews of Recumbent PDX so decided to give them a try when I got home. Yesterday, I spent a couple hours with Mel, explained to him what I had found positive and negative about the various trikes I had tried. He was very patient and knowledgeable and steered me to a Catrike Road. Not the most expensive, but what appeared to be the best fit for my needs. I had a couple of small negatives about the Catrike, and he was immediately to propose very plausible solutions. I put my money down, and agreed to pick up my new bike today. This is by far the most positive experience I have ever had at a bike shop in over 50 years of riding. I would definitely recommend the team at Recumbent PDX to anyone with an interest in trying out this type bike/trike.
We highly recommend RecumbentPDX to anyone looking for a recumbent bike.
It is my pleasure to recommend Recumbent PDX as "The place to go" for recumbent trike product and service. Everyone I talked with was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. They did not tire answering my questions and encouraged me to ride different bikes to get the recumbent experience. Mel and Janet are so friendly and eager to help. It has been a wonderful experience & I love my trike.
Spent 3 days working with this amazing team. They helped me test ride every option I was interested in and provided friendly and attentive help. We drove down from Seattle and it was worth every mile. There are recumbent dealers in the Seattle region but the experience is worth the trip. They are happy to answer any question and have a huge selection of the best and safest recumbents around, where you can grab your helmet or barrow one of the shops and go test ride. The days of old and slow recumbent bikes are in the past. These things are just as fast and easy to hill climb on as any road bike. Thanks again you guys. See you soon to get the wife's picked up.
Surprisingly Boise, ID did not have a shop that stocked recumbent trikes. Some searching brought up RecumbentPDX in Portland. Drive time to each shop was fairly equal. I work mostly during the day and only have nights and weekends off. Emailing both shops for information on trikes was the deciding factor on which shop to purchase from. I intended to spend thousands of dollars for a trike. I had sold thousands of dollars of downhill mountain bike and backcountry gear for a trike after a neck injury. Ordering online was not an option. I would never order a car online why would I do a trike? Mel answered my many questions at all times of the night and even Sundays. The other shop gave me one answer 2 days later. That shop appears to cater mostly to online sales. Not what I was looking for. I wanted to touch, play, and ride something before spending my savings. Wow, what a great decision taking the family to Portland Oregon. I found my dream trike after trying out multiple trikes all day. Everyone was so awesome. Thank you!
Mel and Janet and their team provide excellent and friendly service. They gave my Terratrike Cruiser a much needed tune up after I had neglected giving it the maintenance it deserved for longer than I care to admit. It rides like new again, so happy! Glad that a recumbent shop has returned to that corner.

Trike Angels!! Janet certainly earned her wings this week! She spent an incredible eight hours with us trying to fit us properly and had excellent ideas for modifying trike for short legs. Mel has a great sense of humor and was very helpful as well. We bought two new trikes. HPVelotechnik Gekko and Greenspeed Magnu XL. Very happy with both. Jack the mechanic was infinitely patient and kind. We'd only shop at Recumbent PDX due to the excellent service and selection.
Mel and his entire staff are amazing. Being able to test ride several models and ride them into different areas of the city gave us a real feel for what we were looking for in function and comfort. We felt welcomed and appreciated as customers. Worth the drive to go and see them. Great selection, great atmosphere. AND, We were offered great espresso, homemade power bars, and incredible chocolate custard.
We had a great experience trying out (and ultimately buying) a couple recumbent trikes at RecumbentPDX. Nice team, lots of fun and very competent. So happy to see the former Coventry Cycles business in such good hands!
Thank you to Janet, Mel and their son Mark for spending a full day with us test riding trikes until my wife and I found the perfect ones! Also thanks to Louie for making sure the trikes fit perfectly, installing all our accessories and explaining the maintenance routine. These things are a blast!
Absolutely incredible place…the service is undeniably the best I have ever encounter with any other business. Their extensive knowledge helps in picking out the best trike choice & what accessories would be best for your needs! Don’t bother to go anywhere else!! This is my forever bike shop!!
Mel and the folks at RPDX are great people. They have the best selection of trikes and are very knowledgeable. They will take the time to make sure your trike is perfect whatever your needs may be, and if you need repairs, they are super responsive.
Mel and his awesome crew helped me purchase a snazzy green catrike trail! I would recommend them to my grandma! I have Freidriechs ataxia, so In turn I have issues with my balance. Mel worked with me for a few hours on selecting the best catrike for my skill and need... Don't forget to pet Lilly, Mel's poodley dog that is often helping close big bike sales.
I've got to say, it has been a long, long time since I've had such a great experience shopping. No pressure and Mel answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and set me up with a Catrike Villager for a test ride. I loved it but needed time to decide if I wanted to go for it. I probably spent an hour thinking about it before going for it. And did I say, no pressure what-so-ever! BTW: Mel is a great guy to talk to, I like his sense of humor. Worth the trip from Seattle.
With support and encouragement of the PDX Recumbents’ owners and staff, after several months, I decided to buy a Catrike Villager – it changed my life! I now am able to ride with my friends in Idaho in summers and resume riding the streets of Portland during the winter. I have gotten stronger, and for the first time in years, I feel healthy and “alive.” I did find that I couldn’t keep up with my biking buddies initially, so I purchased a BionX electrical assist package, and now there is no hill I can’t climb. My friends are astounded by the change in me, and are considering purchasing a tricycle when they begin to lose their balance. 😊
These people are so loving and helpful! They always do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need. We have gone there for years! My husband is disabled and they went WAY above and beyond to help him get situated. This is the kind of business with old fashioned courtesy and service that deserves the patronage of everyone looking at recumbent biking. Thank you Recumbent PDX!!!
Got my ride a couple of weeks ago and I can't tell you how much I love it. The service was awesome and they took there time in making sure I had the right trike that fit me well and they sure did. If you are looking for a recumbent this is the place to go..The staff is excellent.
EXCELLENT post sales service from Mel i am a very happy customer, Mel walked us through basic safety and maintenance procedures, paying attention to, and answering all of Claire's (my wife) concerns i cant think of a better experience purchasing a higher end bike/trike
