Phil is a massive roadie.  He’s climbed the 10,000 foot Haleakala on Maui. He’s climbed the absolutely brutal Col du Tourmalet in the French Pyrenees.  So, spinal cord surgery may have numbed his right side, but not his thirst for adventure.  RPDX mechanics moved all the controls to the left side -including an innovative single lever hydraulic brake operating both brakes. Phil can steer, brake and shift without changing his grip on the steering arm. 

The RockShox air suspension on his Catrike Dumont smooths the road while the Bosch SmartSystem with 400Wh battery ensures he can continue his long rides
