Catrike Folding 559
Similar to the Trail and the Dumont, the 559 offers the comfort and portability of a padded seat on a fully adjustable, low center-of-gravity foldable frame.
Like the Dumont and Trail, the 559’s folding frame design with roller wheels makes loading and unloading easy from most vehicles.
Also, like the Dumont, the 559 features a 26 inch drive wheel (fun fact: a 26 inch wheel is has a metric diameter of 559 millimeters. Can you guess where this model got its name?).
Seat position (seat height, width and recline): moderate. Similar to Trail and Dumont.

Editorial: Similar in seating position handling to the Trail. The larger drive wheel makes for higher top speed -if that’s to your taste and you got the legs for it (or a motor). That larger rear wheel and longer wheelbase theoretically makes for a smoother ride (which you might notice?). It’s a great trike for checking as baggage. Also, if you’ve got an SUV and want two trikes, 559’s -like Trails- make the perfect fit!
