SUMMARY:Pizza Ride August 5th
DESCRIPTION:Another one of our favorite Pizza Rides.  We leave the shop at 5:30pm\, cross the Tilikum and ride thru Tom McCall Waterfront Park.  We detour thru downtown to one of Portland’s best: Oven and Shaker where the shop buys the pies! \nThen\, back to the shop!  We’ll have daylight until after 8:30pm\, so no lights necessary! \nWe’ve done this route as a shop many times –this video is from a few years ago \n

DESCRIPTION:These may be the coolest rides of the summer!  Portland International Raceway’s FIA Grade Two rating is shared with legendary tracks like Brands-Hatch\, Spa-Francorchamps and Circuit Paul Ricard.  Imagine riding your trike on the same circuit where Mario Andretti\, Emerson Fittipaldi and Bobby Rahal have all taken checkered flags! \nThis is two-mile wide-open car and pedestrian-free environment where you can ride without distraction.  You can bring your own trike or -if you’re new to triking- you can ride one of Adaptive Sports’ trikes.  It’ll be more fun than you can imagine!! \nPlease PLEASE read\, sign and bring Adaptive Sports’ waiver form \n Aug 24th Aug 31st \nSept 14th Sept 21st Sept 28th \n

SUMMARY:August 23rd  Council Crest and Zoo Bomb
DESCRIPTION:With views of Hood\, Helen\, Adams and (on a clear day) Rainier\, Council Crest is the absolute best vantage point in Portland.  Total ride distance is short -at 18 miles- but it’s 1600 brutal feet of climb\, so bring your E-Cat (alternatively\, you can start an hour early with Mel and ride no motor!!!).  On the way back\, we’ll stop at Oven & Shaker for pizza and beer \nRide Route \nAnd\, of course we have a video
